On January 12, 2019, Sitong company held the 2018 Annual Meeting in Country Garden Hotel in Haicheng.
The annual meeting was divided into five sessions: Annual Summary Session, Appointment Session,
CommendationSession, Performance and Dinner Party Session.
The annual meeting was hosted by Ding Shengnan, the Administrative Department Manager
of Sitong Group,and An Zhongyang, the production manager of the container bag branch.
The annual summary session is divided into two parts:
Mr. An Guangjun, President of the Group, made a summary of the Group in 2018, and the key
work deployment and development direction of the Group in 2019.
President Mr. An Guangjun summed up at the meeting: In 2018, the annual output of the group's
factories was 12,930 tons, and the newly invested assets were 22.26 million yuan. The total annual
revenue of the group reached 176 million yuan, of which domestic sales revenue reached 104.27
million yuan, and export sales revenue reached 73.98 million yuan; Mr. An Guangjun also proposed
the group's annual target in 2019- the annual marketing revenue reaches 200 million yuan, the
output of Sitong FIBC Branch Company reaches 3 million yuan, the annual export value of Dalian
Sitong exceeds 10 million US dollars. Mr An also encouraged every department and every staff
of the group to learn actively, to increase innovation, to master new technologies, and to
develop new products.

Appointment Session:
The Group specially hired Ms. Xing Xue as the General Manager of Dalian Sitong International Trade
Co., Ltd., and president Mr. An Guangjun, granted a letter of appointment to her.
The Group specially hired Ms. Cai Yajiao as the General Manager of Sitong FIBC Branch Company
and president Mr. An Guangjun granted a letter of appointment to her.
The Group specially hired Ms. Li Yihan as the General Manager of the Sales Department of Qianye Hengda
Co., Ltd, and president Ms. Gao Yanqiu granted a letter of appointment to her.
Commendation Session：
After the Annual Summary Session, the employees of every departments of Sitong displayed a variety of
wonderful performances, and the judges conducted scores to every performance. Finally, the Talk Show
performed by An Zhongyang, from Sitong FIBC Branch Company, was awarded
Sitong Group 2018 Best Talent Show Award.
